SQL SERVER 2005 Always on technologies

I believe that Brian A. Randell has participated in the creation of the CD by the same name as the subject. I am trying to use this Hands-on lab CD that contains a Virtual Machine image. Can someone tell me how to access the Virtual Machine image?

Hi. I'm not sure if Brian was involved in that particular CD, but he was involved in the creation of many hands-on labs for SQL Server. In every case, you must have a copy of Virtual PC 2004 (SP1) installed on your local computer.
